DESCRIPTION
This service is for a once off booking or used on an ad hoc basis. The e-consult is between a potential new client and a Legal Practitioner to discuss a particular matter or issue of immediate concern, and to get some basic interim guidance. After this consult a potential new client might request to be assigned to a Legal Practitioner to proceed with opening a Client file and be issued with a letter of engagement.
Important notes:
You will be given an opportunity to provide any supporting documents or notes via email in response to the confirmation email before the meeting starts.
You should be online and ready 5 minutes prior start time.
The payment of this service (online consult booking system) is processed by a 3rd party digital payment gateway which is secure. The fee provision charged includes a 3rd party transaction fee, a provision for the Legal Practitioner and an admin and marketing fee for Lawyers-Online.co.za. Provisions are paid direct to the related entities and Lawyers-Online.co.za is not charging commission or a mark up on legal services.
Legal Practitioners will issue invoices direct to their client if a quote is accepted. Only once an engagement letter is signed by a client does a Lawyer or Attorney become a Legal Practitioner on record for a Client.
Once confirmed and payment made, no refunds are offered.
